The SK series of high-concentration ozone water generators is a high-tech product developed by Jinan Sankang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Over the past decade, it has undergone four generations of updates.

This equipment utilizes oxygen and water as raw materials and operates on a 380V power supply to produce high-concentration ozone water instantly. It represents a significant advancement in China’s high-concentration ozone water technology. The generator includes a built-in ozone-specific oxygen generator, a high-efficiency ozone generator, an ozone mixer, and an automatic exhaust valve, all controlled by a PLC for automatic operation. It can deliver high-concentration ozone sterilized water by connecting to a tap or water tank. Currently, its main customers include well-known food processing companies such as Coca-Cola and Zhangyu Wine.

Technical characteristics:

Ozone polymer oxidation is a low-temperature process where a mixture of oxygen and ozone is injected into the regenerator flue gas stream to oxidize NOx into higher-valence, water-soluble compounds such as NO2 and N2O5. These oxidized products are then removed by a desulfurization tower, where they either react with a base solution to form nitrates or with water to convert into nitrogen gas. Ozone-based low-temperature denitrification is a rapid and highly automated method for removing nitrogen oxides, widely used in industries like non-ferrous metal processing, power generation, steel production, and industrial kilns to control air pollution.

Among other things, ozone is extremely advantageous for flue gas treatment in the non-ferrous metals industry. For example, most of the industrial zinc smelting is done in side-blowing furnaces, with combustion temperatures between 1100°C and 1300°C. According to the stage of the process, it is divided into reduction furnaces and fuming furnaces, and eventually there is also flue gas for acid production. So in the zinc smelting industry, most of the flue gas is divided into three kinds, i.e., reduction furnace flue gas, flue gas from the smelting furnace, and acid tail gas. Acid tail gas is mainly nitrogen oxides treatment, reduction furnace and smoker due to the working cycle of most of the 2 hours, the operating cycle of the nitrogen oxides data fluctuations, and the flue gas contains a lot of acids, so the process of nitrogen oxides can not be selected from the SCR process, which will result in the poisoning of the catalyst caused by the reduction of the polymer oxidation efficiency and increase the operating costs. Can only use the polymer oxidation process outside the furnace. And the flue gas temperature after dedusting is about 70 ℃ flue gas temperature is low, so the use of temperature below 280 ℃ ozone polymer oxidation process is widely used.
