This technology has now been widely adopted and implemented.
Application:
In the area of flue gas treatment, Sankang has been at the forefront of promoting and implementing the first ozone polymer oxidation flue gas treatment process in regions such as Jiangsu, Shandong, Northeast China, and other provinces, utilizing its advanced technology platform. Sankang has pioneered the use of this technology in applications like steel sintering machines, non-ferrous metal acid tail gas, chemical fiber tail gas, glass kilns, calcining furnaces, biomass boilers, and more.
Currently, our company operates nearly 300 units of equipment, applying over 10,000 kilograms of ozone in this field.
R&D Team:
Wang Dongsheng, the founder of Sankang Ozone, is a senior engineer, serving as the director of the China Environmental Protection Machinery Industry Association and the deputy director of the China Ozone Specialized Committee. Under his leadership, the company’s team has been involved in over 50 internal product and technology R&D projects, resulting in 37 patented technologies, including 3 invention patents.
Wang Dongsheng's team successfully developed key technologies such as high borosilicate glass tube double air gap discharge and new ozone polymer oxidation equipment for treating nitrogen oxide exhaust gases in non-ferrous metal smelting. They were also the first to master the IGBT-controlled rectification primary resonance high-power 2WM power supply technology.
